Preparing for the Saudi Arabian Flag Legislation Change
In January 2019, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia introduced a Commercial Maritime Law that requires owners of marine and offshore units operating or intending to operate in Saudi waters, to change flag to Saudi Arabia. The implementation of this requirement is currently scheduled for March 2021.
