런던 IMO 본부에서 개최된 제107회 해상안전위원회(MSC)에서는 선박의 안전성을 높이기 위한 몇 가지 중요한 대처가 진전되었습니다.선상의 리프팅 장치와 앵커 핸들링 윈치에 관한 규제 강화를 규정한 SOLAS 조약 개정안 채택, 전체 폐쇄형 구명정 환기에 관한 새로운 기준과 자율운항선을 위한 국제안전코드(MASS) 작성도 진행되었습니다.

At the 107th session of the Maritime Safety Committee (MSC), held at IMO Headquarters in London, progress was made on several important initiatives to enhance ship safety. Adoption of amendments to the SOLAS Convention, which provides for stricter regulations on onboard lifting gear and anchor handling winches, as well as new standards for ventilation of fully enclosed lifeboats and the development of the International Safety Code for Maritime Autonomous Ships (MASS Code) were also advanced.
